Health & Accessibility
Third-Party Notifications
This is a FREE service that notifies a designated third party if a Piedmont Natural Gas bill goes unpaid. It's a great help for people who sometimes simply forget to pay their bill, become ill or travel frequently.
Medical Certification
Customers who meet eligibility and medical requirements may be entitled to special consideration before disconnection and/or will not be disconnected during the months of November through March.
Braille & Large Print Bills
If you or someone you know is visually impaired, we offer bills in Braille or large print. Call us at 800.752.7504 to request.
