Pepperoni and Sausage Stromboli
Pepperoni and Sausage Stromboli
Recipe:
- Favorite store bought or freshly made pizza dough
- 1 ounce semolina flour
- 3 ounces pizza cheese
- 10-14 slices of pepperoni
- 1 ounce sausage
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- Seasoned salt, light sprinkle
- 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces tomato pizza sauce
Instructions:
- Dust the working space with semolina flour.
- Place the dough on the workspace and evenly spread the cheese.
- Evenly add the pepperoni and sausage.
- Fold twice and cut three to four even slits in the top of the dough.
- Brush melted butter over the stromboli and evenly sprinkle the seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350-400°F on a hearth pizza stone if not a dedicated pizza oven.
- Cut into four pieces and serve with room temperature pizza sauce for dipping.
