Pepperoni and Sausage Stromboli

Pepperoni and Sausage Stromboli

Recipe:

  • Favorite store bought or freshly made pizza dough
  • 1 ounce semolina flour
  • 3 ounces pizza cheese
  • 10-14 slices of pepperoni
  • 1 ounce sausage
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • Seasoned salt, light sprinkle
  • 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces tomato pizza sauce

Instructions:

  1. Dust the working space with semolina flour.
  2. Place the dough on the workspace and evenly spread the cheese.
  3. Evenly add the pepperoni and sausage.
  4. Fold twice and cut three to four even slits in the top of the dough.
  5. Brush melted butter over the stromboli and evenly sprinkle the seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 350-400°F on a hearth pizza stone if not a dedicated pizza oven.
  7. Cut into four pieces and serve with room temperature pizza sauce for dipping.
