With Paperless Billing you will receive an email notification with important information you need at a glance. For those with an online profile, you’ll see a link to sign in and view a PDF of your bill, plus manage your account, make a payment, etc. For those without an online profile, a PDF of your bill will be attached to the email and password-protected with your ZIP code.

What is Paperless Billing and how does it work?
Once you’re registered for Online Services, you can enroll in Paperless Billing from your account. After you enroll, you will no longer receive paper bills, and a summary Paperless Bill will arrive by email each month. You can still see your full bill in your Online Services account.

You are unable to be enrolled in both eBill through your bank and Paperless Billing through Piedmont. If you sign up for Paperless Billing through Piedmont, you’ll be unenrolled in eBill through your bank.

Accounts that are linked to an online profile, associated with the same email address, and bill on the same day will be grouped together on the same Paperless Billing email notification. If you do not have an online profile, you will receive a Paperless Billing email notification for each individual account. We encourage customers with multiple accounts to sign up for an online profile to better manage their accounts, including the ability to pay up to 30 accounts at once.
