This summer, we made enhancements to your online account and designed a new natural gas bill with you in mind. My Account has several new features to help you manage your account more easily for an even better online experience. We’ve also simplified the design of your monthly bill to be more reader-friendly and easier to navigate. The new format will help you better understand your energy usage and make it easier to do business with us. Keep reading to discover the top five new features on your new bill and online.
A simpler way to view your usage

You can now add multiple bank accounts for each account you have in My Account. Choose which account to use with Automatic Draft and which to use for one-time payments.
